1. MISSION DIRECTIVE This directive formally authorizes the industrial mobilization of Theron Soil hardware for the reclamation of contaminated land. Theron Soil is no longer in the conceptual phase; we are executing the physical deployment of reclamation units to restore the foundational integrity of the Earth.

2. THE SOVEREIGN MANDATE We are not here to “manage” agricultural decline; we are here to incinerate it. The chemical poisoning of our soil—a legacy of irresponsible industrial practices—ends now. Theron Soil units are deployed as the Definitive Shield, serving as both a biological reclamation engine and the perimeter security for our sovereign assets.

3. OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE All deployment teams and partners must maintain absolute compliance with the following benchmarks:

• USDA/EPA/ISO Standards: Every reclamation site must exceed federal ecological safety standards to ensure the permanent removal of chemical toxins.

• Perimeter Integrity: Deployment of Theron Soil hardware functions as the foundation for the security of the broader WWEHFELS nexus. The soil is the shield; we maintain it as such.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTROL All hardware specifications, biological protocols, and deployment metrics are the proprietary intellectual property of the American OEM. Unauthorized use, analysis, or disclosure of Theron Soil deployment data is an act of industrial sabotage and will be met with immediate legal enforcement.

5. EXECUTION Mobilization is immediate. The Board expects full reporting on deployment status and reclamation progress in the OEM Command & Control portal as milestones are reached.
