THERON SOIL | PARTICIPATION & COMPLIANCE COVENANT
1. MISSION ALIGNMENT & ACCEPTANCE By entering the Theron Soil operational environment, all participants acknowledge they are entering a sovereign, proprietary technical ecosystem dedicated to the WWEHFELS (Wind, Water, Electricity, Health, Food, Energy, Land, Security) infrastructure framework. Participation is a privilege contingent upon absolute alignment with the Board’s directive to restore foundational ecological and agricultural resources.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DATA SOVEREIGNTY All technologies, biological methodologies, agricultural protocols, and engineering frameworks encountered within the Theron Soil infrastructure are the exclusive, patent-protected intellectual property of the American OEM. Unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, reverse engineering, or disclosure of Theron Soil IP is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this confidentiality shall be considered an act of industrial sabotage and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
3. OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCE Participants must strictly adhere to the operational directives established by the Theron Soil Board of Directors, including:
USDA/EPA/ISO Benchmarks: Uncompromising compliance with all federal and international safety, quality, and environmental protocols.
Site Security: Adherence to all perimeter integrity and physical security mandates. Theron Soil is a “Definitive Shield”; any behavior compromising the security of the FEW Nexus or physical infrastructure is grounds for immediate removal.
4. TERMINATION FOR CAUSE Participation in Theron Soil is not a right; it is a mandate-based engagement. The Board reserves the unilateral right to terminate any invitation or partnership at any time, for any reason, without notice. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:
Failure to adhere to engineering or agricultural standards.
Violation of Intellectual Property (IP) non-disclosure mandates.
Conduct detrimental to the stability or security of the WWEHFELS nexus.
5. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION Participants acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with their presence in the Theron Soil operational environment. By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold Theron Soil, its parent OEM, and the Theron International Foundation harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or losses—including those arising from IP disputes, technical failures, or site-related incidents. Any violation of site protocols resulting in damages to infrastructure or IP subjects the violating party to full financial and legal liability.
